Eat Right Feel Right Summer Challenge DETAILS
WHEN: July 15th, 2019-September 15th, 2019
REGISTER A TEAM OF 4 and pay team fee of $210 HERE!
Earn points for each day that you successfully (1 point per category per day):
*COMPLETE A CROSSFIT WORKOUT
*CONSUME AT LEAST 75OZ WATER
*AVOID PROCESSED SUGARS/CARBOHYDRATES
*EAT AT LEAST 3 SERVINGS OF NON-STARCHY VEGETABLES
Earn BONUS POINTS each week for participating in additional challenges. The challenges will be posted in the facebook group on the Saturday BEFORE the new WEEK begins. You will earn 1 point for each day that you complete the extra bonus challenge for that week. Each week the BONUS CHALLENGE will change.
Personally log your points daily on the tracker sheet that will be sent to you upon registration of your team.
The team that earns the most points will earn CASH!! 1/2 of the money collected from team registrations.
Second place team will win gift certificates that are TBA.
All participants will earn a T-shirt!
The TEAM CAPTAIN is responsible for submitting total team points 1/2 through the challenge and then again at the end of the challenge.
EXAMPLES OF POSSIBLE WEEKLY BONUS CHALLENGES:
Reach 10,000 steps each day this week and post in the facebook group when you have completed it with a pic!
Do not drink any of your calories! For each day that you only drink water this week, you will earn 1 point.
Those examples may or may not come up in the challenge! :)
Water consumed in a diuretic beverage such as tea or coffee does not count.
Only sugar/carbs allowed are ones that are 1-ingredient such as honey, 100% maple syrup, rice, sweet potato, etc. if it has been processed in any way, it is off the table.
Non-starchy vegetables INCLUDE all leafy and cruciferous veggies and also include such vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and EXCLUDE vegetables like corn, potatoes and sweet potatoes. A GREEN POWDER would count as 1 serving for the day. A more indepth list will be provided in the facebook group.
